The Tomsk region was among the regions participating in the national tourist project «Imperial Route».
The Tomsk module of the project is represented by the route «Tomsk under the scepter of Romanovs», which was created in 2016. In 2018, it was tested as part of the regional project for social tourism «Getting to know your native land». After that, experts of the Ministry of Culture recommended the Tomsk region to join the national project and for further implementation by tour operators.
The tour along the «Imperial Route« takes two days and one night or three days and two nights. The route passes through Tomsk, Semiluzhki and Zorkaltsevo.
The national tourist project «Imperial Route» is dedicated to the places connected with life and traditions of the family of the last Russian Emperor Nicholas II, and will be implemented in 19 regions of Russia.
