November 2018 – UN-Habitat presented the preliminary results of its UN-Habitat’s City Prosperity Initiative (CPI) for Tomsk. According to the agency interlocutor Luis Herrera Favela, the quality of life in Tomsk is quite high. On a scale from 0 (the lowest level of quality of life) to 100 (the highest one) Tomsk scored 71-73 points.
